Creating a Commission estimate allows the client to see how approximately how much the shoot will cost, covering all areas, before the shoot takes place.
Using the template from AOP, i have removed areas that i do not find relevant to me, including the ‘Photographer ref. no’ and ‘Art order no/PO’. As i would like to use these documents, they need to be relevant for this moment in time. Later on in m career, things like this may make more sense to have on my documents.
I find the small things like estimate/invoice no: really helpful as it allows me to easily track the documents and keep them together if i have multiple clients at once.
