From the networking event, I met 2 volunteers from the organisation, The Friends of Hatherley Park. They want the park documented to record memories, and gain stories from locals that have been through time with the park. The community is built through a communal area which contains a lake, a park and 2 fields, which caters for all ages to enjoy. The volunteers ensure the park is sustained for today, and future generations to benefit from. I would use the photographs to show people in the park, accompanied with their memories through text or speech.
Alternatively, there are other groups for the different parks in Gloucestershire. Such as Friends of Pittville Park (https://www.facebook.com/friends.of.pittville/?ref=timeline_chaining) and Friends of Pilley Bridge (http://pilleybridge.org.uk/?page_id=110). The organisations do the same job of sustaining the communal areas, and I could contact them for a similar brief.
