Landscape Photographer of the Year. Collection 9

I was looking through this book for inspiration of some of the best landscapes of the UK. I found this frame, set in Bude, of the GCHQ satellite dishes shining through the clouds. This frame reminded me of the wind turbines I photographed in Skegness, with a focal point in a bleak landscape. I feel this frame is more powerful due to the unusual weather conditions, and really draws attention to the focal point of the dishes which could normally get overwhelmed by the rolling hills of Bude.
